By downloading, accessing, or using Duty Tracker Pro (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4-digit PIN and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the proper working of the App. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the attendance data and salary rates you input into the application.
Premium features require payment. Subscriptions are non-transferable and may be canceled at any time. Since subscriptions are one-time prepaid purchases (no auto-renewal), no refunds will be provided for the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nitai Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The salary calculations are estimates based on user inputs and should not be considered official payroll documentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nitai Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
