Duty Tracker Pro offers premium features via paid subscriptions. This Subscription Policy explains the terms and conditions of our premium service.
We offer the following premium subscription plans. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to currency conversion for international users.
The subscription fee for the Premium Service will be charged as a one-time payment for the specific period selected (e.g., 1 Month, 6 Months, or 1 Year). We do not support auto-debit or automatic renewal. Your subscription will automatically expire at the end of the term unless you manually choose to renew it by making another payment.
We accept payments via Razorpay (Indian Rupees), PayPal (US Dollars), and Binance USDT (TRC20). All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. For Binance payments, manual verification may take up to 24-48 hours.
New users receive a 3-day free trial of premium features upon signup. Additional free premium days may be earned through referrals or by joining our official Telegram and WhatsApp channels.
Premium features include: Salary reports with PDF export, Advance money management, Progress graph and analytics, Utility settings (custom salary rates, OT rates, food allowance, PF deduction), and Priority support. Free users can still track attendance and use check-in/out features.
Since our subscriptions do NOT auto-renew, you do not need to cancel your subscription. Simply allow your subscription to expire naturally. You will be notified before expiration. To continue premium access, manually purchase a new subscription before or after expiry.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be notified in advance via in-app notification and our Telegram channel. Existing subscriptions remain valid for their purchased duration regardless of price changes.
As our products are digital services (subscriptions), they are generally non-refundable once activated. Refund exceptions are covered under our separate Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy for detailed information.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. Premium subscribers will receive priority support and early access to new features.
If you experience any issues with your subscription (e.g., premium features not unlocking after payment), please contact us immediately at nitai.grp00@gmail.com with your Transaction ID and registered phone number.
