At Duty Tracker Pro, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.

As our products are digital services (subscriptions), they are generally non-refundable once activated. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that digital goods cannot be "returned" and you waive your right to a refund under standard consumer protection laws for digital products.

Free trial periods and referral reward days are promotional offers and have no cash value. No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused free trial days or unused referral reward days.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first requesting a refund through our official channels, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
